The General Metallurgy Company, with a share capital of 4,000,000 DT, is an industrial company, a subsidiary of the SETCAR group, established since 1976, certified QHSE, specialized in metallurgy, specifically in the manufacturing, repair, and pressure testing of LPG gas cylinders, as well as the manufacturing of metal crates and displays for LPG cylinders.
Throughout the forty years, CGM has acquired the necessary experience for the aforementioned services, allowing it to establish a strong presence in the national LPG market, where it has supplied over 2 million cylinders to the Tunisian market, and more than 100,000 cylinders to the export market (Gabon-Iraq).
Our factory covers an area of 5000 square meters, and with our expertise, specialized workforce, and modern equipment, we have a production capacity of up to 400,000 cylinders per year, ensuring a significant position in an industry that demands high quality, safety, and efficiency.
Our main partners include the National Petroleum Distribution Company “SNDP”, BUTAGAZ, and TOTAL GAZ.
Our primary products are LPG cylinders of 3kg, 6kg, 12.5kg, and 13kg.
